Ergonomics
What is it?
Ergonomics is the science of designing the workplace while having your employees best interest at heart.
It involves designing the workplace to fit the needs of the employees rather than trying to make them adjust to the workplace.
By having a good ergonomic design it has been shown to increase work quality and production as well as the well-being of employees.
If your employees are not working under optimum conditions there is a high chance of them becoming fatigued, frustrated and therefore incapable of performing to their best capacities, after all, a happy employee is a productive employee!
